An undergraduate degree, also known as the bachelor's degree, is an academic degree given to a person who has completed the appropriate number of undergraduate courses.

Undergraduate course typically takes at least four years to complete. Some people consider the bachelor's degree to be one of the first steps to a successful career.

Students are required to complete a number of courses within their major in order to graduate. They may also be required to complete a number of courses in related fields.
